Iraqi Women

The mission of Wa3eya is multifaceted. It provides essential guidance on women’s rights, illuminates the distinction between gender and sex, and offers a comprehensive understanding of Gender-Based Violence (GBV). Additionally, the app highlights international standards and legal instruments on women’s rights adopted by UN bodies, thereby empowering women with crucial information and tools.

Wa3eya goes beyond basic education by equipping women with key messages and narratives for effective communication in the media and during election campaigns. This aspect of the app is pivotal in ensuring women’s voices are heard and represented accurately in public forums.
