LOUDER is an independent, impartial, non-governmental and non-profit organization, legally registered in Lebanon at the Ministry of Interior and Municipalities.

LOUDER is a human rights and peacebuilding organization that fosters transformational human rights education to create a nexus where people can learn, innovate, collaborate, and advocate for human rights. LOUDER uses a human rights-based approach (HRBA) to conduct research, build capacity, mobilize communities, and influence policies. We believe that human rights are the foundation of a peaceful and just society, and that everyone has the right to enjoy, respect, and defend their rights and the rights of others.
